For real guys! it is super easy, delicious and mengeyangkan!!!

Recently I discover that US Russet Potatoes is even better than just any regular potatoes in the market that's why I decided to used US Russet Potatoes in my recipe instead.

US Russet Potatoes are usually in oblong shape and large in size. It have a rough brown skin and mealy flesh.

US Russet Potatoes are naturally nutrient-dense where with one medium-sized(148gram) potato gives you just 110 calories. It also an excellent source of Vitamin C (30% of the DV) as you know that Vitamin C is an immuno-protective, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and antibacterial roles are well-known. This potatoes have more potassium than a banana (15% of daily value)

Most people always thought that eating potatoes can lead to fattening but it is NOT. Potatoes are no-fat, no-sodium and no-cholesterol food and it can fill you up, not out! Means you easily get full after meal. This is can also be part of a weight management but you still needs to control your food intake okeh!

So I hope you find this FUN FACT helpful for you. Any potatoes lover here??

Ohh yaaa.. make sure to try the Chicken Salad with US Potatoes I shared yah!! I'm sure you going to love it (like it do. Hehehee). Don't forget to tag me if you have tried the recipe yahh..
