Recipe: Murtabak Maggi

Last few weeks I was soo busy with my paper works, assignments, FYP, quizzes and more! For this week I have 3 test in a row! IMAGINE! Wahhh... As you can tell it is the end of semester so tons of works need to be submitted before Final Examination begins. Fuhh~

If have some free time I can cook for myself. To be honest I'm not an excelent cooking I just can cook something simple yet tasty! Aicehhh.. I got an idea why not sharing my cooking recipe with you rather than keep story about beauty. Right?? But don't worry, my cooking skill is so-so. So everything I cooking is simple and can be done by anyone! Especially student like me. As we know that Maggi is like a "staple" food for every students I guess. It is been awhile since I eat instant noodle, a year I guess. I rarely eat instant noodle I will prefer to cooked someting else compare to instant noodle. Since my sudden craving come out lately, I want to make this Murtabak Maggi. It is a really simple recipe which an innovation of Maggi rather then just eat the maggi like normal one. This is how I make my Murtabak Maggi. Just follow this simple step.  

INGREDIENTS:-

 2 Packs Maggi Kari (Rebus dan tos meggi tu dan rencang simpan)

Ayam (dipotong dadu)

Kobis (Cincang)

Carrots (potong memanjang_

3 biji Telur

INSTRUCTION:-
Makesure you cook in a clean place. everything state must be washed very well before you cooked. Ensure your hand clean as well as your ingredients. Let's START

1. Didihkan air dan masukkan ayam smpai nampak macam dah semi-cooked tu
2. masukkan kobis dan carrots tadi kedalam didihan tersebut dalam seminit sahaja

3. Toskan hasil rebusan tadi

4. masukan maggi, hasil rebusan tadi dan jugak 3 biji telur dalam satu bekas dan gaulkan 

5. masukkan serbuk kari maggi tadi kedalam gaulan. kalau nak sedap lagi boleh tambah serbuk kari sikit dan juga garam secukup rasa

6. gaul jangan tak gaul. Sehingga sebati.

7. here you go. Sekarang boleh la masak gaulan tadi tu

8. biar la sehingga garing dan sesedap hati you ouls lahh..

YUMMS! Now it's ready to eat..

This is how I make my Murtabak Maggi. As for the ingedients you can choose based on what you like. It does not mean you have to follow my step. Just make sure you have this three MAIN INGREDIENTS ( Maggi, Serbuk Maggi, Telur). If you really don't have any additional ingredients in the kicthen you can cooked with this 3 main ingredients as well. No Problem! It is all up to you :)

Foodies: Truly Two Cafe by Truly Signature, Melaka

*I would recommend the Madagascar Sundae because it taste delicious. Worth of the price!

Truly Cafe is basically a Boutique Cafe. Located at No.9 Jalan PNBB 2, Pusat Niaga Bukit Baru, Melaka. I saw the viral about this on Facebook. Something come across I say why not we tried this. I wanted to try the Nuttela Lovey Dovey but is all Sold Out. The day I come I was quite excited to try something new in Melaka. The moment I finished my work at Lab I straight away to this Truly Two Cafe. The time I arrived it was full. So, I waited for a moment to be seated. About 5-8minutes later we get our seat. The Menu book also hard to get so I directly come to the counter and pick the menu book myself. Errr.. Open the menu book most of the desert are sold out. T___T Maybe they don't restock yet I donno. Since I was put to much expactation about this cafe that make me slightly down a bit. Hahahaa.. Overall, Just makesure you come at the right time. Maybe by the time I go it is not the right moment. Hahahaa.. Anyway, Goodluck to Truly Two Cafe crews. I hope they can improvise what they need to be improve. Just ensure be patient with your customer. They are the reason why to stand-still. Just remember that, don't make face towards them treat them with smile even-tho you're tired cause that is your job. Senyum pun sedekah kan. Hehehee.. Some of the waiters really nice. Thank you for the service. If I had some time I will go there and try other different deserts. Hoping they restock again what sold. I have to find the correct timing as well. NGEE..

I discover one product that really catch my attention. Thank you to HERMO Malaysia for keep advertise this on so many social media. Hehehee.. One click change my life gittew. The product that I mention about is B.liv CC Pore Away. This brand is from Singapore and I've heard about this brand before but never try any of their product and this is my first. Guess what? I like it! Hehee.. I received the parcel once I arrived from my short vacation to Johor Bharu recently. As usual, always excited to open the package. Heeee.. 

This is how the packaging looks like. Come in transparent plastic bottles with pumps. Travel friendly I guess since it is light-weight and not-to-bulky in size. B.live CC Pore Away cream is suitable for all skin type especially for those who looking for complexion correcting, skin protecting and pores tightening.  Main active ingedients in this CC Cream is Brwon Algae, Marula Oil, Red Algae, Vitamin C, Vitamin B3 and Vitamin E. It is Paraben-free, Alcohol free, Synthetic fragrance free and Mineral Oil free! Walahhhh. great reason why you should choose B.liv CC Pore Away cream as your daily based. 

 1-2 pump is good enough for whole face coverage. I like when product using pump because it won't get infected by bacteria easily. means that the product are more sanitized and safe to be used. . 

On the first blending, It will form a white cream formation. 

When you blend it well it will mimic your original skin tones and more to lighten skin. Apply evenly to entire face and blend with fingertips. This CC cream coverage from light to medium great enough for daily. 

My skin easy to get breakouts lately. Previously, when I was so stress to finish my works and assignments my skin breakouts by the time it want to heal, it get breakouts again after my short vacation to Johor Bharu recently. SOBSS! I hope my skin getting better soon. T___T.  So, after the short vacation, I try this B.liv CC Pore Away and I find it quite suitable for my skin. It does not cause any irritation on my face. I do find my pores kinda invisible yet this CC cream give more coverage to my skin. I like the formulation and texture of this cream where it do not feel oily when using it and I find that the finishing of this product is more likely powdery-feels. Am I the only one feels like that or it is suppose to feel like that. Hahahaa.. I'm not sure but I just described based on my personal opinion. Correct me if I'm wrong tho- Hahahaa.. I just tried this product for less then a week now so far I'm loving it. I hope this product will give a better impact to my skin because I really need it. NGEE!

This is the first in the world concept store that mix element of fun, refrshing and exciting offerings with a dedicated "Dream Team" beauty specialists all ready to bring beauty to the next level. Once I arrived they treat me so nicely even-tho I'm wearing so minimal that day because I rush from Melaka to Sunway Pyramid (taking public transport. What an experience for me. Hahahaa). I can say I look messy lahh by the time I arrived at the store but they treat me so nicely. SEE! No discrimination based on look here. Heee.. 

The store was offically laucnhed on 26th November 2015. This concept store is specifically targeted at millennials, the generation who is currently at large. Every aspect  this store has been designed specially to cater the millennial generations who are full of life. Ladies who step into the #beautyplayground will be taken through a transformational journey.

Foodies: Hash & Tag Cafe, Melaka (part 2)

Last week, after I've been busy with my study life and still in finishing my FYP works now. Sudden craving snap-out to eat waffles. So, I ask my friends to have a dinner at Hash & Tag Cafe. I've been here for second time. You can read my previous review about this cafe HERE. I found out some small changes they made. What it is?? 

 First thing is the Manu Book. They change it to more style in their own way but unfortunateky does not come with visual picture so customer kinda hard to identify how the menu looks like. 

 Here the Waffles! Based on the menu, the price is increased from RM13.90 to RM15 for each waffles. Maybe due to so many tax and service chargessss nowaday. But you will only pay according the price stated. No extra charges will be charged. (*no GST and what so ever)

Craving ended..

 That night we try 4 different waffles each person. Some idea where you can try out different manu at the same time. Hehee.. 

 Crab Mayo Waffles - RM15

I like it. It is so yummy. combination of crab stick and mayonnaise with salad. Delicious! RECOMMENDED. 

 Eggy Waffles - RM15

Another like! The egg are made together in the waffles forms. RECOMMENDED! 

 Ham Waffles - RM15

The Ham with salad! Delicious and RECOMMENDED.

 Classic-Choco Waffles - RM15

Just a chocolate waffles and chocolate sauce. For me you can choose any others. Hehee..

Overall, I find this cafe really interesting. So far as for the second time I'm here, the service is good and food quite nice. Regarding the cafe decoration is quite classic but the lamp is kinda dim. Need a great quality camera for photo. For me I'm only using my handphone. Hahahaa.. If you come to Malaka. Don't forget to try Hash & Tag Cafe. Once in awhile it is worth because you can't really find any other cafe that serve something different and make waffles as their main manu. This cafe is infront AEON Bandaraya Melaka Next to AnakKu Store. Quite difficult to find it at night due to the lighting and signboard. Hahahaa..
