Excitement turns Disappointment! Online Seller please take note..

Assalammualaikum and Hello everyone!

Can you feel me now???

I ordered this for a seller that I found on Carousell Apps. She say she need 5 more buyers to purchase this Carli Byble Eyeshadow Palette. Oh yahh.. For those who don't know about this eyeshadow palette it is created by Beauty Guru and Famous Youtuber that collaborate with BH Cosmetics to make her own eye shadow palette. I always watch Carli's video because she is so inspiring for me. She so beautiful and love makeup so much and have such beautiful skin as well. I would do some saving to purchase this palette and I trusted that seller. The moment I got the palette I open the parcel barely 4 eyeshadows are broken! Sedih bak hang. The color yang pecah tu pulak most favorable by Carli! Ohh MEN! SPOIL MY MOOD already!! So, I text the seller and tell her how could she do this to me. So disappointing! She only wrap with bubble wrap that don't even have bubble in it! With ONE LAYER only!! Sedih lahh.. This is fragile at least if you don't have bubble wrap just wrap with "surat khabar lama" berlayer-layer will be fine I guess. You know lahh how poslaju do their works. They don't bothers what inside the parcel. They care more about how to ship the parcel. 

So, for all seller out there. Please Take note okeyh! Makesure you wrap your customers items very well. We buyers don't want to waste our money just for something like this lahh. SEDIH KOT! I fix the eyeshadow myself but it still will not be the same as the original kan. Serious GERAM dengan Seller tu. I make this post not to drag her business down but as to ensure she do not make the same mistake again!!! Please Take NOTE next time. I don't received any refund or new stock. Rather than that, she just give me 30% off for my next purchase. In you dream I will purchase from you again! SORRY lahh weyhh.. Rela cari seller yang trusted lagi.

  2. Assalamualaikum Ina, thanks for mentioning the name of the seller. But I'd think it's best that you leave a review on her on carousell too, so that other potential buyers can see and judge for themselves before purchasing from her.
